Abstract

|
|
Transcranial motor evoked potential (TcMEP) monitoring is conducted to quickly detect and prevent motor deficits during spinal surgeries. However, biting injury and tooth damage is rarely reported as the serious complication. We report a case of teeth injury caused by TcMEP monitoring, and introduce the precautions to avoid this.
